We continue with a weekly meeting (with the possibility of queries to clear doubts by whatsapp or mail - on demand), in which together we are creating your changes in habits. We discuss difficulties, resistance and possibilities of growth, their impact on your daily life, and above all we work in the depths of your psyche, where the beliefs that sustain everything are.

It's about a processbecause new habits need continuity, containment, and a deep sense of agreement from yourself, with yourself.
